ECHO is a small, personable company of fly-fisher folk residing in Vancouver, Washington. They are the vision of Tim Rajeff – the culmination of his huge personality and an outlet of both creativity and service to the industry. Currently, Rajeff Sports distributes Echo Fly Rods to the world and Airflo Fly Lines to North America.

Tim Rajeff, the founder of Rajeff Sports, is constantly busy designing new lines and fly rods that meet the strict Rajeff Sports standards in quality and function.
His broad understanding of fly rod design and performance traces back to his childhood as a successful competition caster through the Golden Gate Angling and Casting Club in San Francisco. Since designing his first fly rods in 1980 with the then new, graphite material, Rajeff has gone on to produce some of fly fishing’s most recognizable rods.
Rajeff has worked in the fly fishing industry throughout Montana, California, Alaska, and even Russia’s Kola Peninsula — developing their first fishing camps.
His knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for casting and fly fishing can be discovered through every fly rod that ECHO produces.
